Smartesting® offers academic licenses and exciting opportunities for students willing to join our R&D Team. 

This ACADEMIC LICENSE refers to a license reserved to academics, teachers or researchers users. This LICENSE is solely for use as a teaching or research tool within an establishment of higher education with no commercial objective.

The Smartesting Academic Program is a comprehensive program designed specifically for the academic community.

The program enables qualifying academic institutions worldwide to gain easy access to cutting-edge model-based testing technology and resources at low charge.

The Smartesting Academic Program accelerates instruction and research in the rapidly expanding area of model-based testing by providing faculty and research institutions with access to the world-wide leading solution in the field.

Academic organizations can use Smartesting Test Designer^TM product under specific program usage guidelines, with special discount, both for software testing classroom instruction and academic research in software testing. Check below additional information for:

• Orders must be placed on an official university, college, or school district credit card or purchase order. Orders placed with personal credit cards do not qualify.
• Orders must be shipped to an accredited university, college, or school district and all products are to be used for academic purposes only.
• All academic discounts are subject to final verification and approval by Smartesting.

• Academic licenses are available for academic instruction and research use only.
• Membership in the Smartesting Academic Program and acceptance of the academic EULA (End-User License Agreement) are required.
• Technology-focused departments such as Computer Science, Engineering, and Information Systems can participate in the program.
• Multiple academic groups such as departments, labs, research groups or clusters within member institutions can participate in the program.
  

Qualified members of the academic community can utilize the Smartesting Test Designer^TM Academic Licenses in the following areas:

Instruction -Faculty within member institutions gain access to Smartesting Test Designer^TM Academic licenses for the purpose of classroom instruction. Faculty can obtain and install program software on computers within shared lab environments for use by students as part of the courses offered.
Research -Faculty within member institutions gain access to Smartesting Test Designer^TM Academic licenses as a part of their research projects. Program software can be installed in research labs.
Use of Smartesting software for instruction and research is governed by specific program guidelines and the conditions described within the Smartesting Academic Program EULA (End-User License Agreement).
